Right of withdrawal
How to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases.
Deadline
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. If an order arrives in several parcels, the period starts from the last one received.
How to withdraw
Send an explicit statement to papex@papex.it or call 055/293460, quoting the order number and the titles being returned.
Returning the goods
Books must be returned undamaged within 14 days of the notice to the bookshop at Via delle Oche 4R, 50122 Florence, Italy. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item was wrong or faulty.
Refund
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method. They include the standard outbound delivery cost but not any surcharge for faster shipping.
Exclusions
Withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, nor to digital content already accessed with the consumer's consent.
