Welcome to Paperback Exchange FACULTY SERVICES section. Whether you are submitting your textbook adoptions or just needing bibliographic info for future textbook adoptions, you will find the link here.

Though we serve as the campus bookshop for many different universities, please remember that we are dedicated to satisfying YOUR special needs as best we can. Below we have listed various aspects of the “textbook drama” and hope that in this way we are offering solutions to all the problems that may arise in your own particular case.

The most important point we’d like to bring to your attention is the distinction between ordering books for the students to be sold in our shop, and the ordering and purchasing of books (either 1 or many copies) on the part of the school administration itself. In order to avoid confusion here in the shop we use the term “registering textbook adoptions” when a school or faculty are ordering textbooks for students to be sold in our shop..

Would you like us to check availability, up-to-date prices, new editions, etc., before you register adoptions or place orders? Just send us a quick e-mail and we will do this for you. Often, the same book is published in both USA and UK by the same publishing house, or by different houses. In either case, there can be significant differences in price. Many U.S. publishers release an ISE or “International Student Edition” at a much cheaper price, and intended exclusively for the international market, and not available in the USA. Please ask us to check if there is a cheaper edition of the same book on the market!
